by flagging when components are due for inspection or replacement.

The database is populated with some demo data for you to play with. If
you feel this utility is suitable for your purposes, then just delete the
demo data and enter your real data.

right-click on an area of interest, if you are lucky, you will get some help.
Otherwise it's operation is fairly basic, you should have no problems figuring
